Ms Elena Pérez Gómez joined DEiSiNFO in 2005 after working with the firm Lupicinio Eversheds. Nowadays, she is a partner of the firm and she is the senior manager for the personal data protection services and the legal advising on free software matters. As such, she provides auditing, counselling and advising. She is an Information Security Management System (ISMS) Auditor accredited by Aenor. She is a member of ASEME and actively participates in the free software world. She is coauthor of the book "La protección de datos en los centros de enseñanza" (data protection on teaching centres), published in 2007 by Aranzadi publishing house. |
She finished her training as lawyer in the Centro de Estudios Financieros (Centre for Financial Studies) and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, obtaining the Master's Degree on Legal Practice and the Master's Degree on Computer Law and Informatics Applied to Law, respectively.
She earned a degree in Law from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (Alcalá de Henares University) in 2001. She is member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (Madrid Bar Association), with Bar Association number 73,522.
